Cake "MOUSSE-AU-CHOCOLAT"
ingredients
- 1 Viennese soil, 3-ply
- (dark)
- 1/8 l strong, cold coffee
- 3 tablespoons of brandy
- 2 PK. "Mousse-au-Chocolat" e.g. Dr.Oetker
- 400 ml of milk
- 200 g cream
- 50 g rasped chocolate bar
- little meringues
preparation
The sponge soils with coffee and brandy soak.
Make a packet of "Mousse-au-Chocolat" with half of the milk and half of the cream.
Brush two of the 3 layers of the Vienna soil with it. The third floor comes as a lid on top.
Make the second package of "Mousse-au-chocolat" to coat the cake surface and the edge.
Sprinkle the cake with the grated chocolate.
Small meringues like creamy puffs on top!
