Caramel candy homemade - recipe from back then
Here is a recipe from my childhood. Attention, is totally sweet, totally greasy and therefore full of calories! But with a pleasant feeling of childhood and just allowed.
So a real recipe does not exist - rather so free hand:
Cream or canned milk
honey
maybe a little butter
sugar
Mix everything in the pan and heat - maybe caramelise the sugar before - watch out is damn hot - a small sample on a cold plate shows if the mass is already solid - then it would be finished - otherwise simmer - not too hot - otherwise burns it.
The mass I pour on a sheet laid out with baking paper and cut them into small pieces after cooling - should the candies be too soft - not bad - then just spoon - is also tastes anyway.
If after the first snack what is left - I put baking paper in between and the treats in a tin.
Pure childhood - sweet and without chemistry.
