Cauliflower broccoli and potato bake

This Cauliflower broccoli and potato bake Recipe is also suitable for vegetarians, if you omit the ham cubes!
ingredients
(For 4 to 5 servings)
- 500 g of cauliflower
- 500 g of broccoli
- 2 potatoes
- 250 g cream cheese
- 200 ml of milk
- 1 onion
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- Pepper salt
- Chilli flakes (as you like)
- 3 eggs
- 125 g ham cubes
- 50 g of grated cheese
- some nutmeg
- Parsley (fresh or frozen)
preparation
- The oven is preheated to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
- First, cauliflower and broccoli are divided into florets and blanched in boiling salted water for 6 to 8 minutes.
- The potatoes are peeled, cut into thin slices and preheated in boiling water for about 4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, peel the onion and cut into small cubes, the garlic is minced.
- The cream cheese is stirred with the milk, then add garlic and onion cubes and season with pepper, salt and chilli flakes. Then the eggs and ham cubes are stirred.
- The drained cauliflower and broccoli florets are placed in a buttered baking dish (or a high-edge tin) and the potato slices are distributed in between.
- Now pour the cream cheese-egg mixture over the casserole, sprinkle the grated cheese over it and rub some nutmeg over it.
- The casserole comes then for about 35 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Before serving, sprinkle the chopped parsley over it.
