Chili pot

The following ingredients are needed for this delicious pot:

1 kg pork cut into strips
2 onions
3 tbsp oil
Salt pepper
500 g mushrooms
3 tablespoons flour
1L broth
Chilli cucumbers from the glass
2 chili peppers
3 tablespoons of granular mustard
200 g of sour cream

Fry meat in the hot oil and remove. Cut mushrooms into slices and onions into rings, browning in the fat. Dust the flour over it and sauté, then deglaze with the broth. Boil, add the meat and simmer for 45 minutes. Cut the chili into rings and cook the last 10 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and mustard, season to taste, add the parsley and serve. Tasty is rice or a hearty farmer's bread.
