"Now is Christmas time" - and who is not already pondering what he could give away? I have an idea. First, make a pasta dough.

- 175 g durum wheat semolina
- 4 medium sized eggs

Knead everything well and divide into three parts.
- For the red noodles, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste to the dough, knead everything and achieve the right consistency by adding a little water / flour.
- For the green noodles you need about 40 g leaf spinach. Fresh or frozen. The spinach should be briefly boiled and then strained, then finely pureed. The puree is kneaded under a third of a dough. Move with water / flour as above!
- The third third of the dough can stay as it is (water / flour ...)
- Wrap the three dough balls in plastic wrap and let them rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
- They are then rolled out individually on a floured worktop - similar to cookie dough.
- And with cookie molds, you now also cut out the individual motifs (stars, etc.).
- These are dried on a baking sheet for 30 minutes at about 50 ° C in the oven.
- Then turn over and allow to dry completely in the air.
- Then you can give the result nicely packaged (cellophane bags of course I recommend)!
