Complete single meals in freezer layers

As a single, I often cook 4 meals, eat one immediately and freeze three more individually. It is about sauces with vegetables with (or without) meat and in addition noodle, rice etc.

The tip: first fill the sauce and then the noodles, or rice o. Ä. on top.

It does not then so everything from the outset or swells. Preferably I use freezer and microwaveable square pans (650 ml) with lid. Simply heat the frozen meal in the microwave. Or defrost in the fridge at night and heat just as quickly the next day. Then just rushing hot from the container on the plate, looks like freshly cooked. Also great to take away (still frozen) to work, if you have a MW there.
