Cream cake with blueberries

Cream cake with blueberries (Springform).

ingredients

For the ground:


  • 4 eggs
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa

preparation

Separate the eggs. Beat the yolks and powdered sugar until the mixture is creamy and looks twice as much. Stir in the cocoa carefully.

Beat the egg whites very stiff and lift them under the egg yolk mass.

Pour the dough into a well-greased springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 15 - 20 minutes (chopstick sample).


After baking, allow the cake to cool well. (Do not remove the springform edge)

ingredients

For covering:

  • 600 g of sour cream
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 packets of paradise cream vanilla flavor

preparation

  1. Put the sour cream, cream and paradise cream in a bowl, beat until stiff and place on the cooled ground.
  2. Then: 2 glasses of well-drained blueberries (collecting juice) spread on the cream.
  3. Mix 1/2 l blueberry juice and 2 sachets of clear cake and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and leave to cool (best in a cold water bath).
  5. When the casting starts to gel, spread it over the blueberries and cool the cake well.
  6. After cooling, preferably overnight, you can remove the springform edge and possibly decorate the cake still.
