Crispy sausage
If you want to serve your bratwurst juicy and still crispy, do the following:
Pour the fresh sausages over with boiling water and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
Then dry with kitchen paper, turn into some canned milk or normal milk, then fry as usual.
By boiling over with boiled water, the sausage is a bit pre-cooked, and by turning into milk, it quickly becomes deliciously brown and crispy without becoming dry.
