Delicious chicken thighs

We all like to eat chicken thighs. Here is a recipe for crispy chicken thighs, which does not require Maggi-fix:
preparation
- Salt, pepper, curry, finely chopped fresh (or dried ground) ginger, chilli, paprika, thyme, oregano, a little mustard, garlic, cilantro and breadcrumbs with oil to a smooth paste stir, briefly swell, possibly add a little oil ,
- Spread on the chicken thighs and allow to infuse. Lay chicken thighs on a tin.
- In the meantime peel potatoes, cut into slices and mix with the rest of the marinade and, if you like, with paprika and zucchini cut into strips and two sprinkled onions.
- Spread everything on a second baking tray (or even between the chicken thighs on a plate, depending on the amount, it should be in a position on the plate).
- Bake at 175 degrees Celsius or 200 degrees Celsius / 50-60 minutes. Turn the vegetables now and then.
- To taste a sheep's cheese dip or Tsatsiki.
- Incidentally, this dish tastes even without chicken legs. I prepare it on two trays, then the vegetarians can eat too.
- Then just the marinade is first mixed with the vegetables, the rest comes on the chicken thighs.
