Delicious chicken thighs

We all like to eat chicken thighs. Here is a recipe for crispy chicken thighs, which does not require Maggi-fix:

preparation

  1. Salt, pepper, curry, finely chopped fresh (or dried ground) ginger, chilli, paprika, thyme, oregano, a little mustard, garlic, cilantro and breadcrumbs with oil to a smooth paste stir, briefly swell, possibly add a little oil ,
  2. Spread on the chicken thighs and allow to infuse. Lay chicken thighs on a tin.
  3. In the meantime peel potatoes, cut into slices and mix with the rest of the marinade and, if you like, with paprika and zucchini cut into strips and two sprinkled onions.
  4. Spread everything on a second baking tray (or even between the chicken thighs on a plate, depending on the amount, it should be in a position on the plate).
  5. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius or 200 degrees Celsius / 50-60 minutes. Turn the vegetables now and then.
  6. To taste a sheep's cheese dip or Tsatsiki.
  7. Incidentally, this dish tastes even without chicken legs. I prepare it on two trays, then the vegetarians can eat too.
  8. Then just the marinade is first mixed with the vegetables, the rest comes on the chicken thighs.
