Ear candles against pressure on the ears
A tip for air travel, holidays in the mountains, and dives. My family (three children, husband and I) go on holiday every year and always in change. Sometimes we fly to the south, the next year it goes into the mountains. Every year, at least 2 family members had problems with their ears.
The first days (after the flight and the ride in the mountains) and the last days in the south. At some point I was in a TCM house because of an acupuncture. There they gave me the tip with an ear candle.
In traditional medicine, the ear candle has been used for a long time. Due to the ear candle, the pressure equalization after flights, driving in the mountains or after diving works faster and better. An additional side effect, elimination of water residues and acts against the formation of earwax.
I tried it out and I'm thrilled. My daughter and I basically had problems with our ears, but because we use the ear candles, no problems. My husband and son have their ears free after their dives. Therefore, my tip, always on vacation, the ear candle ready.
