Eggnog with milk

In a nice bottle a great gift.

11/4 l of milk
2 vanilla sugar
600 g of sugar
10 eggs
1/2 l brandy (wheat grain 32% or Obstler or brandy)

Those who need less can only take half of everything.

Boil milk for 10 minutes and allow to cool.

Separate eggs, stir yolk, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Add milk. Then add Korn, Obstler or brandy. Finally, seven and bottled.
