The fast salmon and cabbage noodle pan is a very tasty dish that is prepared rather quickly.

Ingredients for 3 servings

  • 250 g of pasta
  • 250 g salmon fillet (smoked)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small or 1/2 cabbage (about 500 g)
  • 100 g herb cream cheese
  • 30 ml of cream
  • Abrasion of an untreated lemon
  • Salt, pepper, chili
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • fresh parsley (or basil leaves)
  • Grated cheese (eg Parmesan)

preparation

  1. First, the noodles are cooked according to instructions in salt water, then drained, while the cooking water is collected.
  2. Meanwhile, you cut the salmon in bite-sized pieces. In a large, coated pan, the olive oil is heated, in which the salmon pieces are fried from all sides, then taken out.
  3. The onion is peeled and diced, the cabbage cut into thin strips.
  4. Sauté the onion cubes with the rest of the olive oil in the still warm pan for about 3 minutes (add some oil if necessary), then add the strips of cabbage and cook for about five minutes.
  5. With about 100 ml of the pasta water (or white wine), the cabbage is extinguished, then add the cream cheese, the cream, salt, pepper, chili and lemon, and simmer for about four to five minutes. Then add the drained noodles, mix and heat everything briefly.
  6. The tomatoes are cut into small pieces, finely chopped the parsley (basil cut into fine strips) and added, everything is stirred in and can be seasoned if necessary.
  7. Then you spread everything on the plates and rub the cheese over it. The salmon pieces are placed again briefly on the warm pan and then distributed on the plates.

Good Appetite!

It goes perfectly well with a glass of red wine.
