Chicken pan for about 6 - 8 people

ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken breast
  • 1 big box of mushrooms (cut or small heads)
  • 2 large onions
  • 400 ml of cream
  • 400 ml sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Fondor spice
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

preparation

  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes as with the goulash, peel the onions and cut into coarse cubes.
  2. Drain the mushrooms over a sieve and collect the juice.
  3. Put meat cubes, onions and mushrooms in a ovenproof pan and mix.
  4. Now mix the cream, the sour cream, the spices and half of the mushroom juice and pour over the meat.
  5. Bake in the oven, without lid at 200 degrees for about 1 hour.
  6. The dish can also be prepared in the evening before the celebration and the next day then only in the oven push.
  7. In addition, there are with me baguette or potato salad (to celebrate).
  8. As a lunch for more people, I would serve croquettes and a salad.
