Fennel with minced meat

ingredients

  • 3-4 medium-sized fennel tubers
  • 500 g according to minced meat
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable broth
  • 1 onion

preparation

Fry the hack with salt, pepper and diced onion in the pan. Dissolve 2 teaspoon vegetable broth in approx. 500 ml water and add to the minced meat. Wash fennel. Remove the outer leaves and cut off the stem. Now cut the fennel into small pieces and cook for about 15 minutes with the minced meat. Finally, thicken with sauce binder and season.

Tastes with rice and potatoes.
