Freeze casserole in baking tin - mold quickly available again

It prepares its favorite casserole in the original form, e.g. oven-proof glass, ceramics or metal.

Before layering the casserole, comes thick aluminum foil (comes in different thicknesses) in the form. The film should be so large that after cooking and cooling the casserole can be taken in it.

When the casserole is ready, let it cool and place it with the mold in the freezer. When it is frozen, you pull the Aluform from the solid form, beats the protruding pieces of film over the casserole and put it back in the freezer.

So the casserole keeps its original shape - and you do not have to do without a baking pan, which would otherwise be in the freezer for weeks.

If it is served a few weeks later, it can be returned to its original form, baked in the oven and served.
