fried egg cake

Ingredients for the soil:

250 g butter
250 g of sugar
250 g flour
3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
1/2 pck of baking powder

Ingredients for the cream:
---------------------------
1 pck. Vanilla pudding
75 g of sugar
1 cup of creme fraiche
1 cup of sour cream

Ingredients for the topping:
--------------------------
1 can of apricots
1 pck of clear cake



Knead a dough out of butter, sugar, flour, eggs, salt and baking soda. Roll out on a greased baking tray and at
200 degrees C - 20 min. to bake.

For the cream, cook the vanilla pudding according to the instructions, but with 75 g of sugar, then fold in the crème fraîche and sour cream.

Brush the mass on the floor and again at 150 degrees C - 20 min. to bake.

Collect 250 ml juice from the apricots and bring to a boil with the clear cake.

Spread the apricots on the cake and pour over the cake.
