Goulash as with nuts

ingredients

  • 1 kg of goulash
  • 3 peppers
  • 2 large onions
  • margarine
  • Soßenbinder

1 kg acc. Roast goulash pork and beef with plenty of onions in margarine. Dice each one large green, yellow, red pepper, add and cook briefly with braise. Add hot water and mix with salt, pepper and paprika. Now simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours.

Add a tin of tomato puree and thicken with sauce binder, season with spices to taste. Serve with dumplings, spaetzle or whatever you like.
