Very delicious ham and cream sauce with spaghetti, tortellini or gnocchi.
ingredients
- 200 g of ham
- 1 clove of garlic
- 400 ml of cream
- Parmesan (grated)
- Salt, pepper, paprika
preparation
- Separate the ham and fry in a little oil.
- Peel garlic and press to the ham, fry briefly.
- Deglaze both with cream and season. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
- Stir in the parmesan (depending on the desired consistency of the sauce) and bring to a boil again.
- Put the pasta directly into the ham cream sauce and serve.
