Ham and cream sauce

Very delicious ham and cream sauce with spaghetti, tortellini or gnocchi.

ingredients

  • 200 g of ham
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 400 ml of cream
  • Parmesan (grated)
  • Salt, pepper, paprika

preparation

  1. Separate the ham and fry in a little oil.
  2. Peel garlic and press to the ham, fry briefly.
  3. Deglaze both with cream and season. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the parmesan (depending on the desired consistency of the sauce) and bring to a boil again.
  5. Put the pasta directly into the ham cream sauce and serve.
