Green tagliatelle with shrimp

Prepare noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Melt the margarine in a saucepan, remove the pot from the plate and stir in the flour. Put it back on the plate and stir in the milk while stirring constantly with a whisk. Bring the sauce to a boil and, if necessary, thicken the sauce with a little flour. Remove from the stove.

Season the sauce with lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper (or at your own discretion). Put it back on the stove and stir in the shrimp on low heat. Bring to a boil again and serve immediately to the tagliatelle.

Super tasty and above all rich in content.

Quantity for 3 persons:
400 g tagliatelle
300 g of shrimp
2 tablespoons margarine
4 tablespoons flour
600 ml of milk
lemon juice
dill
salt and pepper
