Help with back pain

So maybe it sounds stupid but that's the case, it can help with back pain: We take a tennis ball or a small Styrofoam ball and place it close to the painful area and lie down so that a slight pressure is created. This will give you a result similar to acupressure. Sounds logical, right? I have this tip from my physio. and use it whenever my "little cross" remembers. So try it. It really helps.
