Hot mushroom salad with hot peppers

A recipe for a delicious salad with mushrooms, hot peppers and other fresh vegetables.

1 jar of mushrooms, no mixed mushrooms (available from EDKA)
1 big tomato
1 mild to medium hot peppers
1 piece of leek (about 1/4)
1/2 paprika
1/2 onion
1/2 clove of garlic (also with powder or completely without)
olive oil
Salt pepper
some vinegar (little)

Rinse off the mushrooms with lukewarm water (they are a bit slimy when they come out of the jar, do not rinse them) and place in a bowl. Hollow out the tomato and cut into small strips.

Cut chopped peppers, peppers, onions and leeks into small pieces (diced and thin strips, cut the leek into small pieces, no rings). Add the vegetables to the mushrooms.

Mix the marinade (with little liquid, the salad should not swim, but with a dash of olive oil) and pour over. Leave in the fridge for a while.

Eat with white bread. The salad is something for warm days or intended as a hot appetizer.
