If it needs to go fast - pasta with minced meat ala grandma

My grandma cooked this dish more often in my childhood. It was already the big hit with my siblings, cousins ​​and me. My kids and my Göga really like it too ... Just give it a try.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of pasta (durum wheat, for example Spirelli or similar)
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 tube of tomato paste
  • Salt pepper
  • about 1 tbsp oil

Preparation:

  1. Cook the noodles in a large pot in salted water until firm.
  2. In the meantime, fry the minced meat with the oil until crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Squeeze the tomato paste into a bowl with about 1 to 1.5 soup ladles of the noodle water until smooth.
  4. Now pour the pasta into a sieve and put it back in the pot.
  5. Add the crispy ground beef and tomato paste to the noodles.
  6. Stir well, season with salt and pepper. Ready and enjoy.
