Ingredients:

500g minced meat
3-4 brown-bread slices from the baker
2-3 eggs
onion rings
mustard
Salt pepper

The first thing you can do is trim the breadcrumbs, which are thick as a whole, at the baker's shop. Then the minced meat is seasoned with salt and pepper and mixed with the eggs. Coat the browncorns with mustard (degree of severity) and top with onion rings. The bread is now completely covered with the mince and roasted well in the pan from both sides.
