Juicy oat-nut macaroons

I discovered this recipe today and, since I had all the ingredients in the house, baked quickly - it's easy and super fast and it tastes great!

Ingredients: (for 25 pieces)

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 75 g of sugar
  • 100 g wild cranberries (jar-like from the glass)
  • 75 g of ground hazelnuts
  • 75 g of oatmeal
  • Backoblaten

Preparation:

  1. Beat the egg whites with the lemon juice until stiff, allow the sugar to trickle in gradually and then lift the cranberries under the firm egg whites.
  2. Then mix hazelnuts and oatmeal and fold gently.
  3. Spread the mass with 2 teaspoons on the wafers and place on a baking tray.
  4. Baking time: 25-30 minutes at 160 ° C in a preheated oven.
  5. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack after baking.
