Kale stew

Kale for spooning, quick cheaper kale stew.
I've cooked it so many times now, because it's so tasty, cheap, fast and not as overly meaty, or calorie-containing as a normal kale. Can it freeze too, great for singles.
ingredients
For 3 - 4 persons
- 1 can of kale + 1 can of water
- 4 - 6 potatoes, cut into small pieces depending on size
- 1 pck of smokers (4 pcs.) Cut into small pieces
- 1 diced onion
- 1-2 bouillon cubes
- 4 tbsp oatmeal tender (for binding)
- pepper
- Nutmeg only at the end
- 1 shot of cream at the end (if required)
preparation
- Put everything in a large saucepan, stir and cook for half an hour. In between, stir, so he does not start.
- With a potato masher tample the potato slightly, but you should still see the pieces.
- Add a dash of cream to taste with nutmeg, good appetite.
Tips
- It's best to cook the day before, because when it's warmed up, it tastes even tastier.
- For vegetarians: omit the smokers and taste good with smoked salt.
