Make chocolate sweets yourself

An interesting recipe from the Baltic States. These chocolate sweets are called sour cream sweets when they are made without cocoa.
ingredients
- 1/4 L sweet cream
- 250 g of sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- A pinch of Ceylon cinnamon (or a little pound of vanilla stick)
- a little butter
preparation
- Important is a saucepan, which distributes heat evenly. Add all ingredients and bring to the boil while stirring. The liquid mass foams, so quickly switch down to medium temperature.
- Now simmer the candy mass for 30 minutes. Stir well again and again.
- Grease a flat plate with butter.
- The candy mass is solidified after 30 minutes and now you take the pot from the hot plate and turns off the stove.
- Then the mass is beaten vigorously with a hand mixer.
- Quickly pour on the buttered plate and smooth with a spoon.
- Allow to cool in a cool place.
- Carefully cut into pieces with a smooth sharp knife.
