Mince and herb cream cheese bread
Simply cut a roll in the middle, spread with herb cream cheese and add more or less seasoned minced meat to it (goes very well with a fork).
I always spice up the minced meat with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and possibly a few herbs.
Finally, just a slice of Gouda cheese on it and off in the oven.
(About 15min at medium heat)
After that, there is only one thing left to eat and enjoy.
