Parmesan smilies

Ingredients:

90 g of cream fraiche
90 g of butter
90 g Parmesan cheese fresh (variety of your choice, for example, Gran Padano)
180 g of flour
2 egg yolks
a handful of small ham cubes

First rub the parmesan. From crème fraîche, soft (not liquid!) Butter, the grated cheese, flour and egg yolk make the dough for the smileys and then leave covered for half an hour in the refrigerator.


Now roll out the dough on a flour-dusted surface and cut out circles.

The cookie cutter is also great other shapes possible.

On the smileys now every 2 dices of ham come as "eyes", with a toothpick to draw your mouth.

Now bake the smileys at 160 degrees for 7-8 minutes.

Looks pretty and is delicious on the salad or just as a snack!
