Mustard eggs (made easy)

For 2 people and depending on hunger you need:

ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 ml of water
  • 1 packet of light gravy
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1TL of oil and mustard e.g. Plate mustard, Grainy mustard, Grill and steak mustard

preparation

  1. Boil eggs, quench and peel.
  2. Finely chop the onion and simmer in a little oil
  3. Deglaze with the water and stir in light sauce
  4. Now taste with mustard and let boil briefly
  5. Give eggs again, DONE! Serve with boiled potatoes

Tip: Mix all three types of mustard, tastes really delicious!
