Oatmeal Pancakes

ingredients

  • 50 g of oatmeal
  • 100 ml of boiling water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 l of milk
  • 250 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 150 g of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil

preparation

  1. Pour the oats in a bowl with the boiling water, mix well and let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Separate the egg, stir the egg yolk, sugar, salt, yoghurt and milk vigorously in another bowl and add the oatmeal.
  3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in the dough before the oil.
  4. Beat the egg whites until light and fold gently.
  5. Heat a medium sized pan, brush with grease and bake about 3 tablespoons of dough, over medium heat, pancakes.
  6. The pancakes taste hot from the pan best.
  7. In addition there is apple or maple syrup or compote.
