Oatmeal Pancakes
ingredients
- 50 g of oatmeal
- 100 ml of boiling water
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 l of milk
- 250 g low-fat yoghurt
- 150 g of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
preparation
- Pour the oats in a bowl with the boiling water, mix well and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Separate the egg, stir the egg yolk, sugar, salt, yoghurt and milk vigorously in another bowl and add the oatmeal.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in the dough before the oil.
- Beat the egg whites until light and fold gently.
- Heat a medium sized pan, brush with grease and bake about 3 tablespoons of dough, over medium heat, pancakes.
- The pancakes taste hot from the pan best.
- In addition there is apple or maple syrup or compote.
