  • Bulgur or couscous
  • Dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 cup broth / boullion
  • Parmesan as needed

  6. Fill the hollowed peppers and tomatoes with the pan mixture, squeeze the contents well, crumble a few pieces of fat onto the mixture, close the vegetables with the lids and put them in a baking dish (preferably a muffin dish) lined with baking paper and add about one cup of broth (vegetables). fill up so that the ground is covered.
  7. If you like it a bit stronger, you can rub Parmesan over the filling.
  8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the stuffed vegetables for about 30 minutes.
