After fasting for years in the Easter season, that is, completely renounce any Naschkram and superfluous sugar, this year I came to the idea to continue the fasting in a weakened form as part fast, because it helps me in many ways:

The well-being increases, food cravings decrease, the figure rejoices and last but not least it reduces the consumption to a considerable extent.

The partial fasting looks like that, I do without everything from Mondays to Fridays to above. On the weekend, however, I forbid me anything. Over time, however, I realized that my desire for all these things is still there, but much less pronounced.

I feel very comfortable with this method.
