Pasta salad with arugula and pine nuts

I have been doing this delicious salad regularly for years. It is often desired as a souvenir for barbecues or buffets. The preparation is quick and easy.

ingredients

  • 500 g noodles, best Farfalle
  • 1 can of pickled dried tomatoes
  • 1 pck of feta or Parmesan
  • 80 g pine nuts
  • Rocket at will
  • 1 pck. Knorr herbs
  • Salt pepper
  • If desired, some garlic

preparation

  1. Cook the noodles as directed and chill.
  2. In a pan over low heat, lightly roast the pine nuts until they have a golden color.
  3. Drain the oil from the tomatoes into a small container and mix with the packet of herbs.
  4. Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces.
  5. Then add all the ingredients and the oil mixture to the cooled pasta and season with salt and pepper.
