Pasta salad with arugula and pine nuts
I have been doing this delicious salad regularly for years. It is often desired as a souvenir for barbecues or buffets. The preparation is quick and easy.
ingredients
- 500 g noodles, best Farfalle
- 1 can of pickled dried tomatoes
- 1 pck of feta or Parmesan
- 80 g pine nuts
- Rocket at will
- 1 pck. Knorr herbs
- Salt pepper
- If desired, some garlic
preparation
- Cook the noodles as directed and chill.
- In a pan over low heat, lightly roast the pine nuts until they have a golden color.
- Drain the oil from the tomatoes into a small container and mix with the packet of herbs.
- Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces.
- Then add all the ingredients and the oil mixture to the cooled pasta and season with salt and pepper.
