Pasta with broccoli and gorgonzola sauce - fast and cheap

Weighed 400 g of broccoli cleaned
200 g Gorgonzola picante
2 tbsp olive oil
100 ml milk or 200g cream (for the cream variant)
3 chili peppers, or Sambal Oelek or chilli spice
salt and pepper
500 g Rigatoni or Tortiglioni, Penne Ragate

Separate broccoli florets from the stalk, wash and bring to a boil, boil in boiling water until tender and pour off the water in a strainer. Boil the pasta in a saucepan and cook until al dente and drain. Now melt the Gorgonzola cheese in oil with the milk until a creamy sauce has formed. Add the broccoli florets and mix, season and pour the pasta into the pan and let it stir for another 1-2 minutes.

Serve now.
