Pasta with tuna and carrot sauce (preferably spicy)
You do not need much:
- 500g pasta (Spirelli I find suitable)
- a carrot package
- 1-2 canned tuna (you can do without vegatarian food but very well on it)
- 1 onion
- 3 large garlic cloves
- 200g sweet cream
- Olive oil for searing
- Salt, thyme, chilli to taste
Cook pasta.
Slice carrots and garlic, onions in rings. First fry the carrots in the pan until they look crisp, then Knobi, onions, spices and tuna (drained), briefly fry again, cream and a little stewed.
