Pears now ripen with us and they are cheaper then and above all, they have grown locally, so I'll bake this delicious cake, my aunt baked us this often.

ingredients

Ground:

  • 150 g of flour
  • 65 g of margarine
  • 60 g sugar or less
  • 1 egg,
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

Filling:

  • 2-2.5 kg half-ripe pears
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • a handful of raisins soaked in rum (if children eat, soak the raisins in apple juice)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 custard powder
  • a little lemon juice

streusel:

  • 50 g butter
  • 100g of flour
  • 100 g of sugar

If you like more Steusel, you can double the amount.
