Peppermint fondant
I like to give homemade jams, cakes and sweets. Today, as a candy, Peppermint fondant in front. The recipe is super easy and tastes delicious, also goes well with my friends:
200 g of powdered sugar
1 egg white
10 drops of peppermint oil (pharmacy)
Sift icing sugar into a small bowl and knead with the egg white and peppermint oil. Do not roll out too thick on a board sprinkled with powdered sugar, cut into lozenges or cut out with little molds. On a large flat plate, sprinkle powdered sugar and let the mass dry on it. You can also dye the fondants red with a few drops of red beetroot juice, with a few drops of carrot juice orange and spinach juice green.
