Prasselkuchen with a difference

I have experimented a bit again and maybe this recipe is interesting for the one or the other: Prasselkuchen anders (coconut flake crumble).
For me, the cake was ratzfatz away ... But attention ... I had only taken a small Springform. For a big sheet, double the amount of ingredients!
Preparation:
Spread the tin or springform pan with parchment paper or brush with melted butter / margarine.

Mix 250 g of flour with 1/2 pck of baking powder and set aside
100 g of sugar
1/2 pck vanilla sugar
1/2 egg
Mix together 100 g of butter or margarine (melted), and when everything is well mixed, pour flour / baking powder mixture all at once and stir until well combined.
The dough is very soft due to the melted butter / margarine, but then it is better to distribute it in the mold (press, roll out).
Now put the dough in the prepared form, distribute evenly, pass a thin layer of any filling (jelly, marmalade, pureed fruit) on the bottom of the dough and put it in the fridge for some time.
In the meantime, make the sprinkles:
- 75 g of melted butter / margarine
- 75 g of sugar
- 50 g of flour
- 100 g coconut flakes
Knead all ingredients.
The crumble can be crumbled well by hand and can be distributed evenly on the dough.
Bake at 170 ° C (hot air), middle rail, for about 30-35 minutes.
I've taken jelly as a filling of caramel pears.
