Protect harlequin pasture from hail

My little Harlequin willow is too good for me to be smashed by a hail storm. That's why I rammed 4 posts into the ground and made a roof over them. The roof is removable and adjustable in height, by means of screws on the wooden posts.

xldeluxe_reloaded: I could imagine the quite practical construction in a "quiet" corner quite good for tomato plants; I would not like it in the middle of the garden. The idea has potential, but unfortunately does not look nice in my eyes. If it hailed so often, I would do without such a plant.
Unfortunately, my little diverse trees have to go through without help, I would pull them out of the danger zone at most, as long as they live in pots.
Nevertheless as a basic idea not bad at all.
