Quick made onion cake
Onion cake Ruck-Zuck - if you want to go fast and give something other than pizza for the housewife / men's evening, a quick onion cake is a nice option.
You need
- 1 package of finished pizza dough (enclosed tomato sauce comes next time with me in the noodle pan)
- 1 kg of onions (nice big - 4 pieces are sufficient and you do not cry for so long)
- 150 g of bacon in cubes
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 egg
- 1/2 packet of grated cheese
This is how it's done
- Put the dough on the baking tray.
- Chop onions and fry with bacon. Remove from heat.
- Whisk the cream with egg and stir.
- Salt and pepper, stir under the onion mass.
- Spread the whole on the pizza dough and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 180 degrees circulating air, about 35 - 40 minutes good hunger!
