Ravioli casserole
Halve a pack of small pelmeni (300g). Cut a small onion into fine cubes. Finely chop 2-3 cloves of garlic or press.
Fry the pelmeni in a little oil in the pan. Then add the onion and garlic. With salt and pepper, who likes it sharper, can add some chili.
Now a can of lumpy tomatoes. Put the whole in a casserole dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven until a nice crust has formed.
With a salad, the whole thing is enough for 2 people.
