Reduce the amount of food

The Christmas days are over, the kilos back on it ... I think most people know this dilemma. There is a great desire to get the 1 - 2 kilos quickly down again. Of course, the first step is to reduce the amount of food. To accomplish this, there is a very simple trick! Immediately before the meal drink 2 - 3 glasses of still water! This fills the stomach and has almost the same effect as a starter! (just without calories!) This method is also very helpful if in between times the small hunger plagues. So you can bridge the time until the next "bigger meal". You also get the recommended 2 - 3 liters of water a day loose :)

Of course, this method alone will not stop you, but it does not help you eat too much.
