Remedy for snoring
Have already tried a lot - finally found the ultimate remedy for snoring.
Unfortunately my husband snores not only in the supine position, but also in a lateral position. Sprays from the pharmacy, nasal patches, silicone rings for the nasal septum - everything tried, nothing helped.
Now I've got a whistle (there are in sports shops) and this trick works. After the first time whistling is often only a short time rest, as well after the second time. But after the third time, rest for the rest of the night.
Since we own a house, I do not have to pay any attention to neighbors, because the tone is a bit shrill. But it definitely helps.
