Remove earplugs yourself

I already know that it will hail criticism, however, the method has been proven for me for about 15 years.

You wake up and find that one ear is closed, you hear everything as through cotton wool. Cause: An earwax plug has formed and closed the ear canal. This happens to me every few weeks. Every time to the ENT to run, I am too complicated. That's why I came up with the idea sometime to flush out the plug itself, with the oral irrigator.

The following is important

  • The water should be warm, not just lukewarm so that it is still pleasant.
  • The oral irrigator may only be operated at the lowest level.
  • It is recommended to add a few drops of betaisodona to the water for disinfection - this remedy, by the way, is also used by divers.
  • Carefully move the mouthpiece carefully a little in the ear, so that the beam is everywhere.
  • The attachment should be used exclusively and must be kept clean, so clean thoroughly after use.
  • Then dab the ears with a tissue.

Ear sticks push the plug backwards, making the problem worse. With the method described above, I get, as I said, for 15 years, every stopper and hear knotless. I have never had any inflammation since then either.

Important NOTE: Application at your own risk, in case of doubt prefer to go to the doctor!
