Tomato sauce with minced meat extra fruity

So far, I have always prepared the tomato sauce with minced meat according to the tried-and-tested recipe: chop the fresh tomatoes and then cook with spices and the minced beef.

My son does not like "bits in the sauce".

So now the fresh tomatoes are crushed in the blender and then added to the fried meat. With spices to taste (garlic, onions, oregano, etc.). Cook for another quarter of an hour and you're done.

The advantage is that the sauce does not have to be cooked as long and it tastes much fresher and more fruity.
