  • 4 egg whites

  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar

preparation

  1. Put the soft fat in a high bowl.
  2. Add the vanilla sugar, sugar, eggs, Mondamin, flour, baking powder and salt and stir well with a hand mixer on the highest switching stage for 2 minutes.
  3. Put the dough on a greased baking sheet, cover with rhubarb, sprinkle with sugar and bake in the preheated oven.
