Rice pudding slices

Today we had our delicious milk rice slices for coffee, are very easy to make and will taste you!
For the cuts you cook a day before, from 2 liters of milk and a 500 g of rice pudding, a rice pudding as normal as always, about 25 minutes.
Then fill it into a larger cake box mold, let it cool down and then put the box mold in the fridge overnight. Next day you will crash the mold, maybe help a little bit around with the knife, that you get the rice pudding well.
Now you cut off it from slices, as well as a cake, as thick as you want. Now bread each slice, normal in eggs and breadcrumbs (no flour).
Now fry in the pan until golden brown in butter and turn later in sugar / cinnamon mixture and taste.
