A great recipe for a Russian apple pie:
ingredients
- 200 g butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons cocoa
- 1 bar of chocolate grated
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- 300 g of flour
- 1/2 pck of baking powder
preparation
- Make a batter from all ingredients. Cut 500g apples into thin slices and fold under the dough. Fill everything in a prepared springform pan and bake at 190 degrees third rail from above. Baking time 50 - 60 minutes.
- Ingredients and preparation of sour cream: Mix 0,5 l sour cream with 2 tbsp sugar and 2 egg yolks. Beat the egg whites very stiff and loosely and put on the cake that has already been baked. Allow everything to cool. Then you can serve the cake.
