Salmon fillet with herbal bonnet cooked on the grill

ingredients

  • 3 salmon fillets fresh
  • ½ bunch dill
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • ½ bunch of chives
  • ½ bunch of basil
  • ½ bunch of tarragon
  • 60 g capers
  • 1 onion red
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ lemons
  • 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 40 g of butter
  • Salt, pepper and chilli powder
  • 3 pieces of aluminum foil suitable for the fillets to pack

preparation

  1. Put the capers in a sieve and drain.
  2. Clean the herbs, dry well, finely chop and place in a bowl.
  3. Using a zestzer, remove the lemons from their beautiful yellow skin, pour directly into the bowl and stir well.
  4. Add 1 tbsp oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Skinning onion and slicing with the kitchen slicer into fine rings.
  6. Peel the garlic clove and cut into thin slices.
  7. Using a brush, apply the olive oil to the bed of fish on the aluminum foil.
  8. Sprinkle the coated area with salt and pepper.
  9. Lay the fish fillet on the foil and season with salt and pepper.
  10. Distribute onion rings to taste.
  11. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of herbs over it.
  12. Distribute the garlic slices to taste.
  13. Distribute capers to your taste.
  14. Close the aluminum foil to a boat.
  15. So proceed with the other 2 fillets.
  16. Cook the aluminum boats on the grill with charcoal for approx. 12-15 minutes.
