This recipe is enough for 8 - 10 people.
1 1/2 kg of mixed goulash and 700 g minced meat (beef or mixed) with 500 g of diced, smoked smoked belly, 500 g of diced onions, mix 500 g of paprika cut into strips and place in a large fireproof dish with lid - I'll take that goose roasting pan.
Mix a bottle of shish ketchup (800 ml), 400 ml ketchup and 150 ml broth, heat in a saucepan and season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and chili. Pour over the meat, cover on it and for 2 hours at 180 to 200 degrees in the oven.
It tastes best with fries or rice and salad.
